Before bringing your laptop to the library for help, please restart your device on campus following the steps outlined below. If your device is still presenting with issues, see a TimberTech representative in the library during regular library hours.
Restarting your Device:
1. Click on the Windows icon in the lower left corner of your screen.
2. Click on the power icon and select restart.
3. Do not close the lid of your laptop until it returns to the login screen.
